Welcome to Progressive Life Center

Progressive Life Center (PLC) provides quality mental health and social services targeting individuals, families, organizations and communities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Africa. A COA accredited services provider, PLC offers treatment and traditional foster care, kinship care, youth diversion, family preservation, and cultural diversity and team building training. PLC also offers mental health services directly to the public.
